Discovery & Scoping
We kick off with a structured discovery call to understand your goals, users, and constraints. We then produce a detailed scope, architecture plan, and fixed quote — no surprises later.
1–3 daysDesign & Architecture
UI wireframes and high-fidelity mockups are shared for feedback before a single line of code is written. Database schema and API contracts are agreed upfront so there are no architecture pivots mid-sprint.
3–7 daysAgile Development
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. You have access to a staging environment from day one. Daily async updates via Slack or WhatsApp. You're never waiting for news.
2–16 weeksLaunch & Support
Production deployment, DNS setup, monitoring, and a 30-day warranty period. After launch we offer retainer-based support or hand off clean documentation so your team can own the codebase.
