Do I need a barcode scanner?

No, but it helps. Saleplus supports barcode scanning for fast product lookup at POS, but you can also search by product name or SKU. We can generate barcodes for products that don't have them, and they work with any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner.

How does EMI tracking work?

When a customer pays via EMI, you log the total amount, down payment, number of instalments, and due dates. Saleplus tracks each payment against the schedule and alerts you on overdue instalments. All EMI records link back to the original sale and customer profile.

Is the GST billing compliant with Indian tax rules?

Yes. Saleplus generates GST-compliant invoices with GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, and tax breakdowns. The GST reports are formatted to make GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing straightforward — you or your CA can export them to CSV with one click.
